On September 6, 2022, Premier announced that Contigo Health would acquire key assets from TRPN Direct Pay, Inc. and Devon Health, Inc. for $177.5 million, including contracts with more than 900,000 providers across 4.1 million U.S. locations and a license to cost-containment technology, to be productized as ConfigureNet. That transaction closed in October 2022. Contigo Health as a Premier line of business later wound down (Ohio WARN / industry press, facility closure December 31, 2025).
