Public facts

Humana well-being and rewards program

Humana well-being and rewards program; current public Humana pages describe it for eligible Medicare Advantage members, with legacy workplace materials still online.

Overview

Go365 by Humana is a healthy-living and rewards program. Humana’s current consumer page presents Go365 for eligible Medicare Advantage members who earn rewards for preventive screenings, learning activities, and (when the plan includes it) verified workouts or SilverSneakers classes, then redeem gift cards in the Go365 Mall. Older Wellbeing.go365.com workplace pages still describe an employer wellness program with challenges, education, and a five-year study of healthcare-cost and behavior outcomes. The go365.com root page captured for this research returned no product body copy. Confirm with Humana whether a given commercial employer group can still buy Go365 as a standalone workplace platform.

Why it matters Go365 still appears on employer wellness shortlists, but Humana’s live consumer documentation is MA-rewards-first; do not assume every commercial group can still implement it.

Target buyer
Historically, Humana group medical customers and other employers using Go365 as a workplace wellness layer; currently, eligible Humana Medicare Advantage members per Humana’s public Go365 page. Benefits buyers should verify commercial availability before quoting it as a standalone employer system.
Pricing model
Included with eligible Humana plans; standalone employer list price not published on current public pages
Humana’s MA page does not list a member fee. Legacy small-group Wellness Engagement Incentive credits (premium invoice credits by Go365 status) appeared on older Humana broker PDFs for fully insured groups of 99 or fewer; treat those as historical unless Humana confirms they are still in force. go365.com did not publish PEPM in this pass.

Overview

Go365 is Humana’s well-being and rewards brand. Two official surfaces exist:

  1. Humana.com Go365 page — For eligible Humana Medicare Advantage members. Members activate via MyHumana, complete rewardable activities (preventive screenings such as annual wellness visits, colorectal and breast cancer screenings; “connect and learn” activities; activity/SilverSneakers if the plan offers them), and redeem in the Go365 Mall. Rewards must be earned and redeemed in the same plan year and have no cash value; unused rewards forfeit December 31.

  2. wellness.go365.com workplace pages — Still titled as an employee wellness program, with employer testimonials (WorldVentures, Hillsborough County Public Schools, City of Jacksonville) and a five-year study summary: 22% decline in healthcare costs / $116 PMPM savings by year five; higher fruit/vegetable intake and exercise among engaged users; fewer ER visits and 55% fewer unhealthy days for higher- vs. lower-engagement members. Those study results are Humana/Go365-reported.

The www.go365.com URL specified for this directory did not return usable marketing copy when fetched. Login/activation language on the workplace page still says members may have Go365 “through Medicare or an employer.”

Key Capabilities

  • Activity and prevention tracking tied to rewards (exact catalog is in the member account).
  • Gift-card mall redemption.
  • Educational content library.
  • Plan-dependent fitness verification and SilverSneakers.
  • Legacy employer engagement (challenges, departmental competition) described in workplace testimonials.

Integrations & Ecosystem

MyHumana is the eligibility/sign-in path for MA members. SilverSneakers and fitness trackers are named where the plan includes them. A current HCM marketplace is not published on the pages reviewed.

Pricing

Not listed as a public employer PEPM on the pages captured. MA access is described as part of eligible Humana coverage. Older fully insured small-group materials described invoice credits for employees reaching Silver/Gold/Platinum; those PDFs are not treated as current price lists here.

Notes & Limitations

  • Commercial-employer availability after Humana’s group medical-market changes is not clearly documented on the current Humana Go365 URL. Secondary blogs claim employer Go365 ended; that is not used as a Humana-official fact. Buyers must confirm with Humana.
  • go365.com root content was empty in this research pass.
  • Workplace study outcomes are vendor-reported.
  • Rewards expire each plan year (MA rules stated by Humana).
  • “National” follows Humana’s U.S. MA and historical employer footprint.
